CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate your choice of Evolve Wax Spa, where our commitment lies in providing exceptional customer service and top-notch treatments to ensure a remarkable experience with every visit. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes unexpected situations may prevent you from attending your appointments. This is why we emphasize the importance of communication; missed appointments affect not just our spa, but also our team members. Evolve’s Appointment Policies: - A 50% deposit is required to book an appointment- pay half now and the remainder later. - We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel within this timeframe, your deposit will be refunded. - Please note that if you fail to attend or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained as no show/late cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and support.
